Kirklevington Secure Dog Walking Field
An amazing 3.5 acre Dog Discovery Park. Run free, and enjoy our enrichment and sensory activities. Made with love for our best K9 friends
We want to enable K9 freedom and fun.
The 3.5 acre field is located in a private field within local farmland, securely fenced with 1.8m high fencing and is booked on a sole use basis. There is a gated secure vehicle park as well as a double gated secure locking system to enter the field, -safety is paramount. You are then into the field, which has many enrichment activities such as a sensory garden, activity centre, sand pit, tunnel, jumps and many more, but most importantly ….freedom!!!
How does it work.
All users of the field must first of all book an induction session (please click the ‘book here’ button), and will have to agree to the terms and conditions of using the field. Dogs must have their vaccinations/titre testing, worming and flea treatments up to date. Please ensure the vaccinations include Distemper, Parvovirus and Infectious Canine Hepatitis. We would also recommend Kennel Cough too, however this is not compulsory. Each booking is for a fifty minute slot, and we ask that you leave five minutes before the end of your session to check that all poo, toys, rubbish etc are picked up and cleared. There is a ten minute gap between sessions to ensure there is no crossover, but please do not arrive more than two minutes before your session is due to start. Giving all users space is essential. We will be there to meet you for your induction, and go will through how the field works so you get the best out of the facility, equipment and we can check vaccination cards. We can’t wait to meet you soon!
Enrichment Activities.
Our sensory garden is a huge hit, with dog friendly herbs and plants which stimulate the senses and help with the wellbeing of our K9 Fun-Time friends. With Lavender(relaxation) Catnip (stimulating playfulness), Mint (cooling properties) and many more.
Our Activity Centre is a fantastic piece of equipment for fun as well as training, and is used by the Dogs Trust. There is a double sided spider ramp, tunnel, treat tree, texture tyres, mounds for climbing, weaving poles, jumps…..and the list goes on…..

Double sided spider and non slip surface for comfort

Tunnel and mound, great for exploring and building confidence

The Treat Tree can be used for scent work for all ages and types to enjoy

Pepper loves digging in the sand pit and all the different textures in the sensory garden

Fun jumps for all sizes and abilities

Bert enjoying the sand pit- being off lead and loving every minute

We like to leave some of the field with longer grass- perfect for sniffing and exploring

Jump poles and weaving poles, great for team work and improving flexibility

“Genuinely the best feeling seeing our four legged family playing safely. Not sure who was happier, us or the dogs-just fabulous!”
