FIRST TIME?
If this is your first visit you will need to book an Introduction. We will greet you at the field or barn and show you how everything works.
Before booking, please ensure your dogs are up-to-date with their vaccinations- we will need to see proof of this prior to your session - please email through to hello@k9fun-time.co.uk, as soon as you have booked.

2. Choose a date and time (if you are struggling to find one to suit please email us directly and we will do our best to help)
3. Carefully read and agree to the Terms & Conditions. Please email through a copy of your dogs proof of up-to-date vaccinations prior to attending your induction to hello@k9fun-time.co.uk
4. Follow the steps to payment
5. As we will meet you there, you will not receive a gate access code
6. Turn up on the day to meet one of our team!
Once you have completed an Introduction you can book any available session at the field/barn
CANCELLATIONS & AMENDMENTS
Reschedule or cancel an upcoming appointment by clicking on the Change/Cancel Appointment link in your confirmation email. To qualify for a refund cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.
AVAILABILITY
New sessions are automatically released by our booking system every day, 90 days in advance. However, if you are struggling to find a date to suit, please email us and we will do our best to open up a convenient a slot for you
