Barking Mad May

Barking Mad May at K9Fun-Time

We have had a busy month at K9Fun-Time.  Not only has our Indoor Dog Discovery Barn got up and running, but we have also been involved in a number of charity events.

We have had some amazing trainers such as Lucynda from Dakota's Choice and Natalie from Tees Valley Dog Training.  Lucynda has been busy running many Scentventure classes, Behaviour, Puppy classes etc as well as 1:1 training sessions- all the details of which can be found on her website.  Natalie has had some wonderful Hoopers classes running from the barn, and has more running next month.

The benefits of both to your dogs behaviour and quality of life is huge…..which will you choose to take part in next?

Charity Dog show Boxer Dog winner with our guest judge, Alison, from Maxi’s Mates.

We have run a charity dog show at the Hutton Rudby Coronation event in aid of Maxi's Mates rescue and Rehoming Centre.  The smile on the dogs and the humans faces says it all….so much fun- everything from Radiant Rescue, to the Dog that looks most like their owner.

The gorgeous German Shepherd, Bear, winning his class- definitely a pampered pooch!

We were also main sponsor of the Middlesbrough and Stockton Mind charity event, Bark in the Park, and saw many new and existing clients, which was fabulous.  We had a great time with Lucynda and her team of Dakotas Choice Animal Behaviour and Training, running a have-a-go agility and Envirofun stand- lots of fun was had! We also ran a raffle in Aid of Mind Charity.

Over the month we managed to raise nearly £500 for local charities, which we are really proud of.

The rain has at last stopped and our Secure Dog Walking Field at Kirklevington is looking fantastic.  Perfect for some off-lead fun in a secure and enriching environment.

The Indoor Dog Discovery Barn is a brilliant addition to our dog centric facilities, and we have been getting some lovely feedback from our clients.  Remember- this is a great space, whatever the weather.  It will keep you and your dogs dry and mud-free, but also it’s a great space in the shade on those hotter days. Please just drop us a line if you would like a look around hello@k9fun-time.co.uk, or visit our website www.k9fun-time.co.uk

As always, a huge thank you to all our wonderful customers, both canine and human, for your support and for being so amazing- it really is appreciated.
